These are Vegan recipes for the everyday family that I have been making since 2016.  We weren’t always vegetarians, but with food allergies causing major health issues in my family, I began to search and tweak recipes to satisfy our dietary and health needs that just happened to not include dairy, meat, and eggs.  Basically, a vegan diet.  By no means, do you have to be a vegan or a vegetarian to enjoy these recipes, so please peruse at your leisure, because you may find something you really enjoy!
